Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Planning and Procurement / Vendor Management will own the systems and operational tooling that support U.S. local sourcing and direct-import procurement across China, Japan, and Korea.
Define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans by working backward from the supply strategy and targeted business outcomes.
Drive measurable improvements in in-stock performance, inventory health, cost accuracy and control, purchasing efficiency, and new-item onboarding and performance.
Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Strategic Supply Solutions, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, UX Design, and Fulfillment/Inbound teams to build and evolve end-to-end systems and tooling.
Ensure clear visibility, ownership, and reliable follow-through across initiatives and stakeholders.
Systems & Tooling Ownership- Inbound planning and shipment tracking
- Vendor lifecycle and performance management
- Replenishment and PO workflows
- Operational goal and KPI tracking
- Alerts, notifications, and exception management
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering scaled systems and tooling in e-commerce/retail/marketplace/supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, including demand forecasting, replenishment logic, lead time variability, service levels, and exception management.
- Understanding of cost drivers and key metrics, including inventory turns, margin, landed cost components/accuracy, and related operational metrics.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills (root-cause analysis, clear problem framing, success metrics definition, and translation of insights into system capabilities and operational mechanisms).
- Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment and decisions.
- Experience leading execution with distributed or remote engineering teams, driving execution across time zones and geographies.
- Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Hands-on experience building or scaling procurement and/or vendor management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity effectively and identify structural improvements.

- Strong engineering and design judgment with proven collaboration across Product, Engineering, and UX.

- Track record of building automated and self-service solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong data fluency with SQL and common analytics/BI tools.
