Akkodis is seeking a Product Support Representative for a contract position with a client located in Brea, CA
. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical implant dentistry or experience supporting dental implant products.
Rate Range: $25-$28/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Position Summary:
- Role includes a blend of customer support, technical expertise, project contributions, and team-based operational responsibilities:
Maintain 100% performance expectations and contribute to overall KPIs - Manage daily call volume and order processing
- Provide backup support for all department queues and serve as backup for department lead
- Execute special projects at regional or global level
- Identify opportunities to update or streamline policies and procedures
- Create and maintain desk instructions for updated processes
- Train and mentor new hires
- Act with strong decision-making, initiative, stress tolerance, and team-oriented mindset
