Right now Domino's is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. We're growing so fast it's hard to keep up, and that means Domino's has lots of ways for you to grow.

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle used for delivery. You should possess customer service skills, be able to navigate within the delivery area, and use an insured vehicle; must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings. Drivers also help with inside tasks periodically such as food preparation and cleaning.

Must be licensed in the US for at least the last 2 years and be able to prove licensed driving history. Must be an insured driver on the insurance policy for the vehicle, and the vehicle must be registered.

$15.50 per hour, plus tips and mileage.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler; prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking: Surfaces include ceramic tile, linoleum; height of work surfaces 36"–48". Paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more; deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′. Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying: Large cans (≈ 3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (≈ 12 lb per tray).
• Pushing: Trays placed on dollies (≈ 24"–30"); force up to 7.5 lb to push; trays can also be pulled.
• Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance; forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station and front counter.
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: Continuous: up, down, forward. Reach above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change price signs, lift/lower objects; reach down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes; reach forward to obtain toppings, clean surfaces, answer phones.
• Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough; manipulate pizza peel, cutter, and boxes; forceful pinching during box assembly; grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids: Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel.
