We are looking to hire a Maintenance Sr. Specialist at our Brea Central Kitchen. Maintenance Sr. Specialist is a member of the repair and maintenance call center, and routes work orders as needed. Troubleshoot basic store maintenance problems and find methods to correct them. Execute maintenance programs and keep good relationships with vendors. Assist Department heads with their administrative issues.

Hourly Rate: $23.00-$27.00

• Skill and knowledge of mechanical and electronics, work experience 3 years plus, able to read diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Comply with safety policy and procedures.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to do attitude & team player.
• Bilingual, English & Mandarin (Mandarin is must).

This position requires general office work with light physical duty, work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional standing and walking.
