Currently looking to hire a Floor Care Specialist in the area of Dana Point, preferably with at least one (1) year of experience.

• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the given shift
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull
• Able to do frequent kneeling, bending, and stooping
• 2 years of experience in all aspects of hard surface floor care from stripping to high-speed burnishing
• Experience in carpet cleaning
• Knowledge of marble refinishing is a plus
• Must have a California driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal and general background screening

• Load and unload equipment from storage areas to vehicles, vehicles to work sites.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, stripping/scrubbing, coating with sealer/finish, and burnishing.
• Perform carpet care by moving furniture, vacuuming, extracting, shampooing, and bonnet cleaning.
• Clean and perform general maintenance on all equipment.
• Transport crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to different job sites via company vehicles.
• Follow established procedures for the use of all chemicals.
• Knowledge of operations of commercial floor and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Required to mix and use chemicals according to manufacturers' directions.
• Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
• Ensure that work areas are maintained in a clean, uncluttered, hazard‑free condition.
• Leave all areas, equipment, and vehicles clean at the end of each shift.
• Additional duties as requested by management, including working days/night, weekends, and holidays as required.
