About the Role
A growing, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee its accounting and financial operations. This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise and leadership to an organization that’s improving lives every day through compassionate care and strong values.

As Controller, you’ll manage the accounting team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in public accounting and audit with experience in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do
? Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
? Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support key decisions
? Manage audits, compliance, and financial systems
? Supervise and develop accounting staff
? Partner with leadership to drive financial integrity and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• CPA required
• Career foundation in public accounting, with strong audit experience
• Experience auditing healthcare organizations or working in the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Collaborative, mission-driven approach
