Controller Position

We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company based in Brea, California. This role is integral to driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, developing and maintaining internal controls, preparing and analyzing financial statements, leading process improvement initiatives, collaborating on budgeting and forecasting, coordinating with external auditors, working cross-functionally with teams, mentoring a team of accounting professionals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
