* Position Summary:

** The R2R Global Delivery Director is responsible for leading the operational execution of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process across assigned delivery hubs. This role ensures stable, accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of end-to-end R2R activities, including period-end close, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. The Director partners closely with the R2R Global Process Owner (GPO), Controllership, FP&A, IT, and regional teams to standardize operations, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strong KPI performance.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO & Delivery and will be based in Brea, CA (US) or Prague (Czech Republic).In California, Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Global Process Delivery Leadership
** Lead the global delivery teams for Record-to‐Report (R2R) ensuring adherence to global process standards, SLAs, and KPIs
* Implement delivery standards, SLAs, KPIs, and service management frameworks used to measure value, process excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency
* Ensure delivery teams meet operational benchmarks aligned with GPO-defined standards
* Coordinate activities across global delivery hubs in Brea, Czech Republic, and other locations, as aligned with the global delivery model
* Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
** Ensure consistent compliance with R2R policies, SOX requirements, US GAAP, and corporate accounting controls
* Maintain strong control mechanisms across R2R operations, including account reconciliations, closing calendars, and ERP-related controls
* Drive global simplification, digitalization, automation, and standardization across the R2R process
* Lead root cause analyses for operational issues demonstrated in recurring sustainment meetings
* Maintain standardized trackers, issue logs, and action plans used in sustainment forums
* Partner with GPOs to translate process design improvements into operational execution
* Cross Functional Alignment & Governance
** Govern the alignment between GPO standards and finance delivery teams
* Ensure controls and compliance mechanisms (US GAAP, SOX, corporate accounting policies) are consistently applied in all delivery hubs
* Partner with FP&A, Tax, Controllership, Treasury, and Other Global Delivery teams to ensure high quality service execution and consistent upstream/downstream alignment
* Collaborate with IT on system stability, integrations, issue triage, and delivery critical ERP workflows
* Performance Management & Team Leadership
** Lead and develop high performing R2R global delivery teams, leveraging coaching, capability building, and structured succession planning
* Establish and maintain operational cadence including performance dashboards, productivity reviews, and SLA adherence
* Build and maintain a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

*** Education
* * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
* MBA, CPA, CMA, or Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
* Experience
* * 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance operations, shared services, controllership, or global process roles
* Experience in multinational corporate environments required, including prior experience in a GPO model
* Demonstrated track record of driving finance transformation, process redesign, and system optimization
* Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
* Skills & Competencies
** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage global or regional stakeholders
* Deep knowledge of global ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.); experience with Black Line or similar tools preferred
* Strong analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and data driven thinking
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones
* Proven capability in leading change and managing cross functional initiatives
* High level of integrity, accountability, and business partnership
