• Learn and perform quality inspections on manufactured components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality excellence.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
