Mechanical Assembler (Sign On Bonus)

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our Brea team. This is a manufacturing role involving assembly, teardown, troubleshooting, fixturing, and repair of industrial equipment.

Location: Brea, CA

Salary: $27.40 - $34.00/hr (salary range is a general guideline; final offer will depend on qualifications, experience, and market considerations.)

• Work in a project-based (custom made) manufacturing environment.
• Perform assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Communicate daily with supervisors, engineers, project managers and other personnel.
• Maintain adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
• Be able to multi-task and shift priorities as conditions warrant.

• 3-5 years mechanical experience with hydraulic equipment (valves, cylinders, pumps, actuators, etc.).
• Metal fabrication experience including drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting.
• Experience in a "made to order" manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and engineering drawings.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical systems.
• Experience with piping and tubing assemblies preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation desired.
