Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma methods Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing routers Design tooling, fixtures, and jigs to improve production efficiency Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Cost Estimating teams Train employees and document processes to keep operations running smoothly Lead special projects and justify capital equipment investments

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Aerospace Manufacturing engineering experience A track record of solving complex parts and process issues Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to work independently and juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Why You'll Love It Here:
