Training in 1st shift M-F: 6am - 4:45pm & Sat. 5:00am - 11:00am. Second Shift: M-F 3pm - 2am & Saturday 9:00am - 3pm.
SUMMARYWithout the strength of our Assembling Team, we would not be able to offer industry‑leading service. We’re seeking an experienced Assembly Operator Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an Assembly Operator. As a strong communicator and skilled hands‑on Assembly, you will have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc.
and follow them with precision is extremely important.
Karman Space & Defense provides concept‑to‑production solutions for mission‑critical systems on spacecraft, launch vehicles, missiles, hypersonics, and integrated defense systems.

- Use appropriate measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, plug gages, etc.
- Maintain a clean work area daily as required
- Must work closely with the CNC Programmer
- High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Assembly.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. lawful permanent resident, a refugee under 8 U.S.C. §1157, an asylee under 8 U.S.C. §1158, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR here.
