• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling, dies, jigs, fixtures, and machine shop equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical issues to determine corrective actions
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble dies and tooling components
• Operate manual machines including mills, grinders, lathes, and drill presses
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Design and fabricate new tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures as needed
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments to ensure acceptable tolerances
• Assist with die setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Monitor tooling performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and scrap
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve tooling issues
• Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout requirements

• 3 to 5 years of tool and die maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience in stamping, machining, or aerospace manufacturing is a strong plus
• CNC machining and CAD familiarity preferred
• Welding and fabrication skills are a bonus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, oils, and hand and power tools
