Responsibilities
The Production Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties- Monitoring production schedules
- Identifying and resolving delays
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials to keep operations on track
- Communicating potential issues to appropriate department leaders
- Completing necessary documentation associated with customer orders and parts
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving to maintain efficient production processes.
Compensation$25/hr – $35/hr.
Qualifications- High level Excel proficiency is required.
- Experience tracking inventory and orders is required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment is required.
- Knowledge of aerospace parts (specifically fastener products) is a major plus.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing and distribution operations is a major plus.
