Deburring/ Sheet Metal Assembly

We are currently hiring for a hybrid position - 50% packaging/shipping; 50% mechanical assembly work for a high-performing blower and air knife designs company in Brea.

Pay Rate: 19 ph

Schedule (Days and Time):
Mon–Fri (7:30am - 4pm)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Experienced in packaging (in boxes and on pallets) & shipping using UPS Worldship, or Fed Ex online; LTL is a plus
• Mechanical assembly work (detailed oriented with hand and power tool experience)

Job Requirements:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using Fed Ex and UPS World Ship software.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and customs documentation as required.
• Need to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must have great attendance record
• Performs cutting and de-burring operations using the band saw, chop saw, sanding wheel, dremel and box knife and power tools (power drill, nail gun, etc)
• Performs minor electrical connections (system testing)
• Use of calibrated equipment including calipers, torque wrenches, feeler gauges, as well as Shelf-Life products (i.e. Loc-Tite, Anti-Seize, etc.)
• Performs testing of Blower systems and Blower Heads, including vibration testing
