Available shifts:
- 1st shift (4AM-2:30PM)
- 2nd shift (2:30PM-1AM)
- Saturday OT may be required
Salary range: $35.00-$45.00 dependent on individual knowledge, skill level, and demonstrated experience
Key responsibilities:
- Performs set-up operation process for nut form production equipment
- Utilizes drawings, work orders, and blueprints to produce quality parts
- Performs regular in process inspections, utilizing precision measurement equipment as needed (micrometers, calipers, gages, etc.)
- Upholds site safety standards and standard operating procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and equipment malfunctions
- Completes required production logs and other related documentation with accuracy
- Communicate urgent needs related to tooling and troubleshooting
May be required to participate in regular department training and/or conduct training with new department employees
Basic qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience running nut form production machinery
- Proficient use of precision measurement tools (mics, calipers, gages, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Must be able to read/write in English
Physical requirements:
- Must have the ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel for duration of shift
- Must be able to work in non-temperature controlled environment
- Must have the ability to work with and around heavy metal materials
