Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lamination Technician for their aerospace client who specializes in composite components. This position is on-site in Brea, CA, working first shift.
- Perform tasks associated with product and tool build including secondary bonding, potting inserts, curing, and wet laminating.
- Adhere to all documentation including travelers, build manuals, red books, work instructions, quality procedures, inspection sheets, and drawings as applicable to the work being performed.
- Perform mold preparation, sealing, and release tasks.
- Laminate and vacuum bag customer product in compliance with engineering data and associated quality requirements.
- Cure parts in company equipment such as ovens, autoclaves and presses.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Skills and Requirements- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in composite manufacturing or repair experience
- Understand work instructions and ability to read blueprints
- Operating lab test equipment
- Experience with lamination tools such as: scissors, scales, heat guns, utility knifes
- Able to stand on feet all day and be onsite in Brea, CA
