Dr. Squatch is hiring a Production Planner at its Brea, California manufacturing site, one of the newest openings on the brand's board. Brea is where the bricks get made, literally; the company produces its cold-process soap at its own facility, and the planner decides what runs on which line when, the factory-floor scheduling that sits inside the production chain our field-to-flacon guide maps.
Aboutthe Role
The Planner converts demand into executable schedules: sequencing production runs across lines and scent variants, balancing changeovers against efficiency, coordinating material availability with buyers, adjusting for downtime and demand swings, and keeping schedule adherence and inventory targets visible to operations leadership.
Who Should ApplyPlanners with manufacturing scheduling experience in CPG, food, or personal care; ERP/MRP fluency; and the floor instincts to build schedules operators can actually run. Full-time, on-site in Brea.
