Job Description:
We’re partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to find skilled Assemblers/Shop Helpers for their 2nd shift team. If you’re a hands‑on individual who takes pride in precision and quality, this could be the perfect role for you!
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 PM)
Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)
Salary: $18.50 per hour
What You’ll Do:- Grind and sand imperfections to ensure top‑tier product quality.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy.
- Assist in assembling utility boxes and components.
- Work across departments to support production and training needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.
- Experience using power and hand tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical specifications.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform shop‑floor tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
