Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is pivotal in bolstering the North American marketing team’s initiatives, focusing on downstream marketing activities that encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities. This role is instrumental in:
- Media and Ad Execution: Spearheading the dissemination of marketing content across various channels, including print ads, advertorials, and digital content.
- Dealer Partner Marketing Execution: Implementing strategic marketing plans for dealer partners, ensuring alignment with regional and national marketing objectives.
- Special Markets Support: Enhance the visibility and generate leads for the special markets segment by executing targeted marketing initiatives.
- Sales Support: Providing robust support to the sales team through weekly marketing updates, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of sales materials and ensuring all resources are current and effectively distributed.
- Events Support: Playing a key role in the execution of marketing events, including trade shows, sales meetings, and educational events, managing logistics as needed. Ensure the global digital asset management and sales enablement platforms are accurate, updated, and operational.
- Clinical Education Support: Manage approval processes for customer-facing materials, support webinar execution, and oversee third-party contracts.
- Leadership & Team Oversight: Direct people leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of approximately four marketing professionals. Responsible for coaching, prioritization, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team environment while ensuring alignment with downstream marketing objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the dental industry, marketing and events, and B2B sales is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot, and Showpad are desirable. - Communication and Comprehension
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with interpersonal prowess, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities. The ability to interpret business-related documents and effectively convey information to various stakeholders is a must. - Leadership
Experience:
Previous leadership or people‑management experience is required, with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. Experience managing workloads, setting priorities, and collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver results through a team of direct reports is essential.

Travel: Up to 20% overnight travel may be required for travel to trade shows, dealer meetings, and other business-related travel.
SalaryTarget Market Salary Range: $118,100 - $177,100. Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
