Job Summary

F***, one of the largest headwear manufacturers in the world, is looking for a full-time Marketing Director who will lead its Marketing Team. The Director oversees creating and executing brand strategy online and offline, ATL and BTL managing a team of marketing associates and graphic designers. This role will report to the Senior Vice President.
Job Description

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with global brand objectives and resonate with the American consumer.

• Champion brand consistency across all U.S. marketing channels, including retail, digital, PR, and events.

• Oversee concept development, planning, and execution of seasonal and product-specific campaigns tailored to the U.S. market.
• -Drive performance across e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
• -Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• -Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on campaigns and efficiency in resource allocation.
• -Build and lead a high-performing U.S. marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• -10+ years of progressive marketing experience in the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• -Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written); able to translate strategy and ideas between both languages and cultures.
• -Strong knowledge of the U.S. apparel market, consumer behavior, and retail/e-commerce landscape.
• -Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies.
• -Travel (more than 20%) is required.
