About the RoleWe are hiring a Partnerships & Field Marketing Manager (Mandarin & English speaking) to grow our U.S. presence through:

You will lead North America field marketing execution, build local partner networks, support affiliate operations, and serve as a communication bridge between U.S. activities and China-based teams.

You thrive in roles blending:
Field Marketing + Partnerships + Affiliate Ops Support
- Support daily affiliate operations (communication, onboarding, policy explanation)
- Maintain partner records & performance logs
- Coordinate campaign needs with internal teams
- Manage ongoing partner relationship maintenance
- Plan & execute meetups, salons, workshops, community events
- Manage venues, logistics, vendors, attendees, and on-site ops
- Ensure brand consistency and build scalable event workflows
- Build connections with creators, communities, service providers, chambers, and organizations
- Coordinate simple collaboration opportunities (co-hosting, cross-promotion, referrals)
- Represent 17
TRACK at industry and community events
- Translate U.S. local needs into actionable requests
- Align campaigns, timelines, messaging, and materials
- Provide structured market & partner feedback
- Track event performance & partner engagement
- Maintain budget logs, vendor files, and activity records
- Recommend execution improvements
- 5–8 years in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partnerships, Community Management, or Affiliate Ops
- Strong offline event execution experience
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Highly organized; strong project management capability
- Independent operator in fast-paced environments
- Affiliate or co-op partnership experience is a plus
- Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms preferred

$85,000 – $95,000 base + performance bonus
