Description
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Nurse Advice Line, the Nurse Advice Line Representative is responsible for the management of incoming Nurse Advice calls. Provides clerical functions which support the Nurse Advice Line staff and management. Refers callers to community resources, health classes, and/or physician referrals when necessary.

Required Qualifications- Basic MS Word, Windows, Excel experience.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 2 years of experience in a health care environment.
- Experience with multiple line telecommunication system.

CompensationThe base pay range is $24.00 to $29.57 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
