Description
The LVN Supervisor supports the Centralized In-Basket Team across all four Orange County High Desert ministries by providing operational and clinical oversight. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations, timely message management, and quality patient care while serving as a backup to the RN and Manager. The LVN Supervisor also supports clinical triage, workflow coordination, staff guidance, and escalation of patient care concerns as needed.
ResponsibilitiesWorking under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department and ensures that care is provided within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
- Upon hire:
California Licensed Vocational Nurse. - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - Three years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice, with at least one year in a medical practice.
- Experience in employee supervision/management.
- EMR and/or IDX experience.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
