Product Development Technician

Our client, a medical technology manufacturer is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting Laboratory and Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, team collaboration and problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM*
* ** Pay Range:**   **$28/hr.

-$35/hr. (Pay rate will be determined at time of offer)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* +  
** Compile technical data**  - Gather, maintain, format, and manipulate laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.

** Prepare technical reports**  - Create summaries including quantitative analysis and engineering documentation such as flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.

** Support engineering tasks**  - Provide technical assistance to engineers across various routine technical activities.

** Execute test protocols**  - Conduct designed tests, document results, and communicate findings effectively.

+  
** Maintain lab operations**  - Assist with calibration, safety procedures, equipment qualifications, and routine maintenance.

** What's Needed?*

** High school diploma
** and 4-6 years of experience in a lab or regulated environment.

** Experience following written procedures
** and working collaboratively with a team.

** Ability to perform test procedures
** and develop solutions to routine technical problems.

** Proficiency with personal computers
** and documentation tools.

** Ability to train junior technicians
** and support cross‑functional groups.

** Preferred:
** Bachelor of Science in a technical field and 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory/R&D setting.
