Check N’ Play is a thoughtfully designed, upscale play‑café where families connect, recharge, and enjoy quality time together. Our café is central to that experience — serving specialty coffee, signature beverages, and curated fast‑casual bites in a vibrant, high‑energy environment.

We are building a team of professionals who value accountability, consistency, and hospitality. This is not a casual coffee shop role — it requires reliability, composure under pressure, and pride in execution. Please only apply if you are fully available with no restrictions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – these are required availability days.

• Craft high‑quality espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
• Maintain consistent presentation and beverage standards.
• Deliver warm, professional hospitality to families and guests.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support POS transactions and light food preparation.
• Execute opening and closing procedures thoroughly.
• Support beer and wine service in compliance with all ABC regulations.

• Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or craft beverage experience.
• Strong espresso skills (La Marzocco experience preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a high‑traffic weekend setting.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and willing to cross‑train within store operations.
• Active RBS certification (required).
• Active Food Handler Certification (required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Third‑wave coffee experience.
• Knowledge of alternative milks and specialty ingredients.
• Prior bar experience.

• Full availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – no restrictions.
• Weekend‑focused role.
• Additional weekday shifts may be scheduled based on business needs.

• $17.50–$20/hour based on experience + tips.
