Position Summary

Retail salespeople at Lids provide a vibrant shopping experience, serving customers with a passion for sporting and fashion goods. They must recommend products that reflect the customer's individuality, team pride, and personal style while maintaining product presentation standards and becoming subject‑matter experts in the merchandise.

• Generate revenue by achieving sales goals and providing exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed company‑wide statistical targets.
• Maintain store appearance and visual guidelines, including signage and cleanliness.
• Adhere to the dress code and professional appearance.

• Protect company assets in accordance with LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist with inventory management, processing shipments, and merchandise resets.
• Perform accurate product counts promptly.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The hourly range $16.9 – $169.00 represents base pay only. Base pay varies by region, job knowledge, skills, hours, and experience.
