Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure efficient running of the store.
  • Apply coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, model the desired sales and customer‑service behaviors, and help the team achieve targets.
  • Conduct start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and assume responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous supervisory experience, coaching or mentoring others to reach sales and customer‑service targets.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Cash‑handling experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited to interview.
Benefits & Compensation

The anticipated hourly range is $18.98 to $31.63
. The exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position may also receive an annual discretionary bonus, education budget, and eligibility for a highly competitive bonus program.
