The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Brea, CA, responsible for supporting store leadership in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees daily floor operations, including supervising sales associates, setting selling goals, and monitoring performance to meet revenue targets. The Sales Supervisor coaches and trains team members on product knowledge, clienteling, and service standards to ensure consistent, luxury-level engagement with every customer.
Day-to-day tasks include assisting with scheduling, delegating tasks, managing customer escalations, and ensuring visual merchandising and brand presentation are maintained. The Sales Supervisor also helps with key operational activities such as opening and closing procedures, monitoring inventory accuracy, and upholding company policies and loss prevention standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, resolve issues, and represent the brand professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision making.
- Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail, including supervising teams or acting as a key holder, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods and support physical store activities as needed.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and alignment with inclusive, customer-centric values; high school diploma or equivalent required, post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or related field is a plus.
