Sephora in Brea is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies on the selling floor.
This hourly, full-time role requires 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention, strong communication, CCTV experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll spend 75–80% of time on the selling floor, respond to incidents, and help keep the store secure.
