AST Sportswear is a well-established and rapidly growing apparel manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Rep/ Account Executive in Orange County. If you have experience in inside sales, can maintain excellent relationships with different accounts, and build new relationships, this is the job for you!

• As an Inside Sales Rep/ Account Executive, you will utilize effective communication and sales skills to provide detailed product information and respond to inquiries.
• Must take initiative on specific accounts and special projects.
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Focus on client relationship development, sales, and quality retention. Receive inbound and/or outbound calls and demonstrate a competitive drive and desire to succeed established goals.
• Develop rapport quickly with clients, internal departments, and external sales contacts.
• Demonstrate a competitive nature and ability to take action with limited supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items

• Prior inside sales experience required
• Prior experience in apparel industry preferred
• Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and use Microsoft Applications efficiently
• Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, & be a team player
