** What You’ll Do
**** Inbound & Outbound Sales Execution
*** Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities using defined criteria.
* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns aligned to target segments and structured playbooks.
* Develop and nurture early-stage prospects into qualified opportunities.
** Quoting & Opportunity Management
*** Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools and approval thresholds.
* Close low-to-moderate complexity opportunities with management guidance.
* Escalate pricing exceptions and risk factors appropriately.
** Account Management & Growth
*** Manage assigned accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution.
* Identify basic expansion opportunities within smaller, less complex accounts.
* Support service adoption and customer retention initiatives.
** Cross-Functional Collaboration
*** Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams to support customer execution.
* Proactively communicate risks or execution issues.
** CRM & Pipeline Discipline
*** Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting data in Hub Spot or Salesforce.
* Follow structured sales processes and reporting expectations.

- ** What You Bring
**** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, customer success, or account coordination.
* Exposure to technical, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a strong plus.
** Skills & Attributes
*** Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospecting.
* Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
* Commercially minded with a desire to learn pricing, quoting, and negotiation fundamentals.
* Coachable and comfortable operating within defined guardrails.
