Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brea, CA, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and developing sales strategies to meet goals. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction is also a key part of this role.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management and understanding of client needs
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
