Manufacturing doesn't stop. A production line down costs thousands of dollars a minute. The companies we work with can't afford the wrong system, a bad implementation, or a partner who vanished after go‑live. That's why they choose Andea, and that's the standard you'll be selling to.
About AndeaAndea is a licensed Consulting & System Integrator and Value-Added Reseller of DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Ortems, two of the most powerful manufacturing operations and advanced planning platforms available today. Trusted by over 90 global manufacturers across more than 280 manufacturing sites, with 810+ MOM/APS projects delivered over more than 10 years in business, Andea serves clients in industries ranging from aerospace & defense, automotive medical devices, clean energy, and high tech.
With offices in Brea (California), Kraków, Berlin, and Mexico, and a leadership team of seasoned manufacturing and software executives, Andea combines deep manufacturing domain knowledge with strong technology delivery capability. We don't just sell software - we partner with manufacturers to transform how they run their operations.
We're looking for an Account Executive to own and grow the US market for DELMIA Apriso the industry-leading Manufacturing Operations Management platform. This isn't a role for someone who waits for inbound leads. It's for someone who understands manufacturing, earns trust with plant managers and C‑suite alike, and knows how to move a complex deal forward. You'll be entering the market with a proven product, a delivery team that actually knows what it's doing, and a window of opportunity that won't stay open forever.
WhatYou'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and signed contract
- Build and grow long‑lasting relationships with key accounts, developing trusted advisor status with senior manufacturing and operations leaders
- Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts while actively hunting for new logos
- Deliver against revenue targets by executing a well‑defined sales strategy aligned with Andea's US growth objectives
- Run compelling discovery and demonstration conversations with technical buyers: plant managers, IT leaders, VP Operations, and C‑suite
- Establish strong competitive positioning against alternative solutions by deeply understanding where DELMIA Apriso outperforms competing MES/MOM platforms
- Collaborate closely with pre‑sales consultants and the implementation team to ensure a seamless buying and onboarding experience
- Provide market feedback to the product and leadership teams, you're on the front lines, and your insights shape how we grow
- Represent Andea at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites across the US
- 5+ years of quota‑carrying experience in enterprise software or technology solutions sales
- Background in manufacturing technology, MES, ERP, APS, or related industrial software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise‑scale MES products is a significant plus
- Experience selling to technical and operational buyers: engineers, plant managers, IT leaders, and operations executives
- Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar)
- Analytical thinker who brings structure to ambiguous situations and builds a pipeline with intention, not just activity
- Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and creates their own momentum
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, production management, economics, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25-30%
- You're entering the market at exactly the right moment. U.S. manufacturers are under mounting pressure to modernize — aging shop floor systems, supply chain fragility, and the push toward reshoring are forcing a reckoning…
