Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in hiring a Sales Manager to join their team. They have an immediate need for a dynamic, driven Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sales Manager ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning and management of sales personnel; capable of 25% growth per year. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings. In conjunction with Field Operations Manager leads, motivates, and inspires the Senior Technicians and Service Advisors to achieve goals.

Job Description- Be proactive and forward thinking
- Review and rewrite Sales Plan each year
- Roll out all Sales Promotions
- Review and roll out Monthly Financing
- Communicate daily with each team member – train, coach, and mentor
- Hold each Team Member accountable
- Know key focus area Sales Team numbers - seek ways to improve these numbers
- Review, refine, and develop ongoing training
- Review, refine, and develop Sales Tools/Techniques
- Define and develop Service and Comfort Advisor programs
- Respond to and resolve all customer concerns within 24 Hours
- Meet or exceed Gross Margin and Revenue goals
- Work flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, days and evenings.
- Work in confined spaces, where temperatures may be extreme to assist and/or assess Team Member recommendations
- Follow all company policies and procedures and perform work within Company safety guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or similar field strongly preferred
- Proven record of developing top sales performers
- Able to guide and influence sales force with varying degrees of experience
- Versatile customer service experience with emphasis on client satisfaction and sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Able to drive a company vehicle and satisfy the requirements of insurance carrier
- Must pass drug test and background check
