As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) you are a trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty. You create personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that build confidence and drive sales.

Collaborate with teammates to prepare the sales floor, staying informed on new arrivals, top‑selling items, trends, and promotions. Engage customers with warm welcomes, eye contact, and friendly conversation; offer personalized beauty consultations, product demonstrations, makeup and skincare application, and education on benefits. Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable space, refresh signage, assist with merchandise moves, and promote the Loyalty program. Always end the interaction with a sincere thank‑you and a personal touch.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Understanding and complying with employment policies, safety rules, and procedures in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building customer relationships, demonstrating product application, and educating on product use.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, using clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying current through training.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals through exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers through opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• At least one year of customer service or selling experience.

• Talk, lift, and move continuously; stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Require close, color, depth, and focus vision.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, main cash‑register operation, and transaction processing.

Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues work 12‑24 hours. Weekend shifts are required. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
