Job Overview
Sales Operations Technology Manager — Nuclear is a strategic role that combines sales operations expertise with technology leadership to optimize sales processes, systems, and performance. This position ensures the sales team has the right tools, data, and processes to meet and exceed revenue goals. You will be responsible for managing and improving the sales technology stack, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
You bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution by ensuring technology supports data-driven decision-making, process efficiency, and team productivity.
Orange County, CA. May consider remote/hybrid.
Salary$125,300 - $160,000

Your Challenge- Technology Leadership:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of sales technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI) - Process Optimization:
Streamline sales processes, territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting to improve efficiency and accuracy - Data and Analytics:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams - CRM and Automation:
Manage CRM systems, enhance reporting, and implement automation tools to improve sales cycle management - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align processes, improve lead qualifications, and integrate systems - Training and Support:
Provide technical support, training, and coaching for sales teams on sales systems and tools - System Enhancements:
Identify and recommend integrated apps, functionality upgrades, and integrations to improve sales operations - Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, leading indicators, and business metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Sales, Finance, or related field - Experience:
5+ years in sales operations, with 2+ years in technology management or CRM leadership. Experience in a company supplying components to nuclear power plants is preferred - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365), analytics tools, Excel/Power BI, SQL, and automation software - Analytical
Skills:
Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting abilities - Project Management: PMP, APICS, or similar certifications are a plus
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate
- Experience with Marketing Automation is a plus
