Deluxe Med Spa in Brea, CA is seeking a Phone Sales Associate to be the first voice our clients hear. This inbound/outbound role focuses on converting leads and following up on missed calls to secure appointments.
Based primarily at our Brea location (on-site 4+ days/week), you will support phone operations across multiple Deluxe locations and use practice management software. Excellent English communication is required;
Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred in our diverse client base.
