Account Executive

Securitas Technology seeks an Account Executive to drive core commercial sales of integrated electronic security and life safety solutions. You will source and qualify prospects, lead consultative discovery, and design tailored video, access control, and intrusion systems for commercial and enterprise clients. Partnering with engineering and operations teams, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from proposal to close, while meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new core commercial sales of electronic security and life safety solutions to mid-market clients
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and channel partners
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design tailored, compliant security solutions
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations for key decision-makers
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and activity targets
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Stay current on security technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Represent Securitas Technology at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
