This role focuses on new client development and existing customer account retention for Americas and Spanish-speaking markets. It primarily supports sales growth through lead exploration, distributor development, and daily customer relationship management, with auxiliary order coordination and after-sales follow-up to sustain long-term business cooperation.
Key Responsibilities1.Support business development across Americas Spanish-speaking markets, including new distributor & lead prospecting, cold calling, client follow-up and relationship maintenance.
2.Assist commercial negotiations with clients on product specifications, pricing, delivery, shipping and payment terms, and prepare for customer meetings and sales activities.
3.Manage full-cycle order coordination, tracking production and shipment progress to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
4.Handle customer communication, inquiry & complaint resolution, account reconciliation and receivables follow-up to guarantee on-time payment collection.
5.Monitor local market trends and competitor dynamics to support regional sales strategy optimization.
Job Requirements1.Language:
Fluent in Spanish and English for independent communication with local clients.
2.
Experience:
Over 1 year of sales support or business development experience; PV or power supply industry experience is a strong plus.
3.Core Skills
- Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to analyze market trends and customer demands to support business growth.
- Practical experience in lead screening, cold calling and new client prospecting.
- Proactive, detail-focused and capable of multitasking in fast-paced sales environments.
- Annual base salary: $60,000–$65,000 + commission
