Security Manager
Responsibilities
Conduct daily and weekly surveillance monitoring to ensure warehouse
operations meet company security and safety standards.
Review and analyze video footage for potential policy violations, incidents,
or compliance risks.
Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to investigate incidents and
prepare related reports.
Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly; report and
coordinate maintenance or upgrades as needed.
Maintain compliance with company security protocols.
Develop and implement compliance checklists, internal audits, and
corrective actions.
Support the implementation of new monitoring systems, procedures, and
training programs.
Prepare regular compliance and incident analysis reports for management
review.
Assist in vendor coordination and document management related to safety,
security, and surveillance systems.
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or related
field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in surveillance, safety, or compliance roles
(warehouse or logistics industry preferred).
Knowledge of CCTV/IP camera systems, NVR/DVR, and safety compliance
standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Familiarity with OSHA or similar regulatory frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to travel occasionally between facilities.
