Maintenance Technician – Healthcare Facilities Join a Team That Keeps Critical Facilities Running
Are you a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced building systems, and making a difference every day? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment in a healthcare setting.

- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical building systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, boilers, heat exchangers, air compressors, piping systems, generators, and backup power equipment.
- Monitor critical building systems and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Complete work orders, maintain maintenance logs, and communicate equipment status with the engineering team.
- Assist with general building maintenance including painting, carpentry, and minor repairs while following infection control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and safety regulations.
- Healthcare facility maintenance experience is preferred, but candidates from hospitality, commercial buildings, manufacturing, or plant operations are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, or emergency backup power systems.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical controls, HVAC equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team‑first attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and maintenance management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Trade school education or college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Frequently walk stairs and perform facility inspections.
- Climb ladders up to 40 feet.
- Lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work in mechanical spaces and confined areas as needed, including kneeling and crouching for equipment inspections.
