Talent Strategies is looking for two Managers for our client in Orange County. This client provides services and product installation to residential customers. Their company was founded on one principle – to provide the best service by giving their clients more than they expect on every occasion.

The right candidate s must be energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full‑time

• 5+ years experience managing a team of 10+ field service technicians
• 1+ years experience maintaining a fleet of vans
• Must have service experience in any related field of servicing homes; HVAC (preferred), or carpet cleaning, extermination, electrical, or plumbing also considered.
• 3-5 years of previous installation supervisory experience
• 5 years of hands‑on residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to work with Inside Operations Manager and a team of 25 installers to ensure that all installations meet code requirements, are properly priced, and all paperwork is correct and on time.
