Play Attendants are cross‑trained to support:
- The Play Floor – Engage with children and caregivers to facilitate safe, meaningful play
- Curriculum Activities – Help plan and deliver rotating weekly activities like art projects, sensory play, storytime, and music
- Guest Check‑In & Retail – Greet families, process check‑ins, and support retail transactions
- Café Operations – Prep drinks and snacks, manage registers, and maintain a clean café environment (tips available during these shifts)
- Special Events – Assist with birthday parties and pop‑ups, from setup through guest support and cleanup
- Sales Support – Recommend memberships, classes, and parties—earn spot bonuses when you help close the deal!
- CPR Certification (required)
- Experience working with young children in educational or play‑based settings (preschool, after school, camps, etc.)
- High energy, a strong work ethic, and comfort working in a physically active role (lots of bending, lifting, crawling, and smiling)
- Friendly, guest‑centered attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfort working across multiple areas—play, café, retail, and events
- If assigned to the Cafe, a Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- A background in early childhood education, child development, or related fields
- Experience designing curriculum or structured kids’ activities
- Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience
- Bilingual language skills (especially Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin)
- Competitive Pay – $17 to $20 per hour based on role and experience. Tips are included for Café shifts.
