Transportation Operations Associate (Non-Driver Role) – Brea, California. Walters Wholesale Electric, a USESI regional business, is seeking Transportation Operations Associates (Non-Driver Roles) to join our team at the Brea, CA Central Distribution Center. These openings may support multiple non-driver transportation and logistics functions, such as dispatch and related coordination roles, and are part of an organizational transition and integration effort.

Pay Range: 22-27

• Supporting transportation and logistics operations in a non-driver capacity
• Assisting with delivery coordination, scheduling, and special or time-sensitive runs
• Processing, scanning, and maintaining transportation-related documentation and reports
• Communicating effectively with transportation, warehouse, and sales teams
• Supporting compliance with operational and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned to support transportation operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, warehouse, safety, or operational support preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse and distribution environment
