Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department.
You will keep customers apprised of work progress and assist with estimates and scheduling. In this role, you will determine product needs by interacting with customers, suggest add-ons to raise average transactions, and provide price estimates for installations.
