Location: Breaux Bridge, LA
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-4:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous production or industrial experience preferred
- Experience using basic hand tools, including pipe wrenches
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Use small hand tools to assist with production and assembly tasks
- Count, sort, and box finished parts
- Support daily shop and production operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Physical Capabilities
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift materials throughout the shift
- Ability to stand for the entire workday
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a production environment

As a Shop Hand you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
A Shop Hand contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.
The Shop Hand supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
