This dayshift, Monday–Friday role involves applying resin and materials with a hand roller, trimming excess material, and ensuring adhesion and quality during the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include rolling fiberglass/resin, verifying thickness with MIL gauge, trimming excess, staging materials, and following SDS/SOPs.
