We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Administrative Assistant to join our team in beautiful Breckenridge, CO. Bookkeeping & Financials:
- Payroll time keeping and preparation for the payroll department.
- Prepare work orders for review and final billing.
- Accurate account coding of expenses.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule daily maintenance tasks and assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy.
- Coordinate and schedule vendor work as needed.
- Assist with supervising vendor services and ensuring quality standards.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies and materials.
- Help prepare work orders for billing and operational reports.
Team & Guest Support:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership support and help guide field maintenance activities.
- Step in to support maintenance operations when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- At least 1 year of accounting, administrative, or property management experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic bookkeeping or expense tracking experience.
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
