We are seeking an experienced All-Terrain Crane Operator to support a large commercial construction project in Breckenridge, Colorado. The operator will initially be responsible for operating a 70-ton class all-terrain crane, with the potential opportunity to transition to a 100-120 ton class crane as the project progresses.
This position will primarily support concrete construction activities, including material handling, lifting, setting, and other crane operations associated with a large-scale commercial project.
- Safely and efficiently operate a 70-ton all-terrain crane.
- Potentially transition to and operate a 100-120 ton class crane as project needs develop.
- Perform lifts supporting concrete construction and other commercial construction activities.
- Conduct daily crane inspections and identify/report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Follow load charts, lift plans, site-specific procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
- Safely rig and move materials in coordination with ground crews and other trades.
- Maintain clear communication with signal persons, riggers, foremen, and site supervision.
- Work safely around active construction operations, personnel, equipment, and structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all OSHA and project safety requirements.
- Proven experience operating large all-terrain cranes on commercial construction projects.
- Experience operating cranes in the 70-ton class or larger.
- Must have all-terrain crane experience/designation appropriate for large commercial construction.
- Experience supporting concrete construction is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand crane load charts and lift plans.
- Knowledge of proper rigging, signaling, and load-handling procedures.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
- Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening and project-specific requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety and safe crane operation.
